Lou Jenis, M.D.
Dr. Jenis received his medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine. He completed a general surgical internship and an orthopedic surgery research fellowship at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center Department of Surgery. He also completed a fellowship in reconstructive spine surgery at the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
Dr. Lou Jenis is
the Assistant Clinical Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at Tufts University School of Medicine and Co-Chair of Residents Education and Graduate Medical Education at the New England Baptist Hospital. Dr. Jenis is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Jenis manages multiple research endeavors including basic science projects investigating the efficacy of bone morphogenetic proteins, clinical studies involving cervical and lumbar fusion, prosthetic disc replacement, and minimally invasive spine surgery and has published extensively on these subjects.

| Neil Exter,
M.S.
Mr. Exter is currently a partner
with Third Rock Ventures, a VC Firm located in
Boston
. Prior to that, he was the Chief Business Officer for Alantos
Pharmaceuticals, which was acquired by Amgen in 2007. Prior to
Alantos, Neil was Vice-President of Business Development for
in-licensing and M&A at Millennium Pharmaceuticals. Previously
at Millennium, Neil was responsible for transaction, technology
transfer and alliance management support around Millennium's broad
technology platform.
He began his career at
Hewlett Packard and spent time in R&D, marketing and
operations. More recently, he was Vice President of Corporate
Development for Wang Labs, where he was responsible for corporate
strategy, strategic partnerships and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Millennium, Neil served as president and CEO of
an entrepreneurial media/ product company and EVP for an
enterprise software firm in the financial services industry.

Paul
Mraz, M.S.
Paul
Mraz has been active in the Medical Device and Life Sciences
Industry for over 17 years. Mr. Mraz currently serves as Chief
Executive Officer of CeraPedics, Inc., a medical device company
located outside Denver, CO. CeraPedics is working toward
commercializing products for the orthopaedic bone graft
substitutes market based on its proprietary small peptide
technology and recently completed a $14.5M Series A financing with
OrbiMed Advisors, LLC.
Mr.
Mraz most recently served as Chairman and CEO of Angstrom Medica,
Inc., a privately funded, early-stage biomaterials company engaged
in the development of structural, calcium phosphate-based medical
devices for the spinal, sports medicine, and trauma markets. Prior
to Angstrom Medica, Mr. Mraz was a principal of Link Spine Group
Inc., a start-up medical device company that developed and
commercialized the world's first total disc replacement for the
lumbar spine. Mr. Mraz served as Vice President - Worldwide
Marketing and International Sales until its acquisition by Johnson
& Johnson in June 2003. Mr. Mraz was also a key management
team member of three other early-stage medical device companies
and his early experience includes positions at Figgie Medical
Systems, Ortho Development Corporation (acquired by Japan MDM) and
Marlow Surgical Technologies Inc. (acquired by Cooper Surgical) as
well as DePuy, Inc. and DePuy Spine (formerly AcroMed Corporation)
- both acquired by Johnson & Johnson in 1998.
Mr.
Mraz received a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from
Lafayette
College
and a M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering and Biomechanics from
Case
Western Reserve
University
. Mr. Mraz holds six US Patents for various medical devices and is
an active advisor to numerous venture capital groups and other
entrepreneurs in the medical device industry worldwide.

Joe
Faber, J.D.
Mr.
Faber is a corporate lawyer with substantial experience in
corporate strategic planning, public and private finance, M&A
transactions and product-focused biopharmaceutical licensing. He
is a co-founder and Principle at Faber Daufer and Rosenberg, LLP
(FDR).
Prior
to founding FDR, Joe was an Associate General Counsel at
Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where he managed the Corporate
Law and Research and Product Alliance Groups within the legal
department. Joe served on the executive management team
responsible for the corporate strategic planning process, and on
the Strategic Business Team that managed Millennium's oncology
franchise. Before joining Millennium, Joe was Vice President and
Associate General Counsel of United Asset Management Corporation,
then a NYSE-listed holding company of nearly 50 domestic and
foreign investment firms, with roughly $200 billion under
management. Joe began his career at Hill & Barlow, then a
leading Boston-based law firm, where he concentrated his practice
on M&A and venture capital transactions.
